Let's not beat around the bush here (lol, pun intended!). Ladies, we all got it. Some of us have more, some have less, and some have none (lucky ducks). If anyone in the world tells you that you can get RID of your cellulite, they are living a lie. You can't get rid of it. But all hope is not lost! You can 100% diminish the appearance of it! Here are 3 quick and easy steps to help you see less cellulite and more gorgeous, smooth skin!
1. Coffee scrub: The beautiful thing about coffee scrubs is two-fold. First, the caffeine in coffee helps tighten the skin around your booty and thighs, resulting in less lines. Secondly, the scrubbing and exfoliating motion helps to stimulate the blood/lymph in the area, also diminishing the appearance of the "c" word

2. Moisturize naturally: chemicals are your ENEMY when it comes to cellulite. If you're dry brushing, cleansing your skin, coffee scrubbing, and then adding toxins back in with a chemical-full lotion, it's really not helping you out much. Simply using coconut oil is a GREAT body moisturizer, and again- it stimulates blood/lymph flow which helps the appearance of cellulite diminish.
3. Squats: oh yes, take the squat challenge! Do them when you wake up, on your lunch break, and before bed. These babies get your booty blood pumping and flowing and cellulite-killing!!! You don't have to start with 300 squats (oh gosh... the pain!). Do 25 in the morning, and then maybe 30 later in the day. When you're feeling a bit more daring, do 50. And then 75. And then 100!
